Trails Landscape Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Trails Landscape Supervisor for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in landscape maintenance, outdoor green areas, and supervision of landscaping activities, preferably with an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) company.

• Supervise daily landscaping and landscape maintenance activities along trails and outdoor areas.
• Monitor grass cutting, pruning, planting, irrigation coordination, and general landscape upkeep.
• Allocate duties to landscapers, gardeners, and other site staff.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth site operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience working with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies is essential.
• Relevant experience in landscape maintenance and team supervision.
• Good knowledge of landscaping practices, site operations, and safety procedures.
