Job Description:

We are looking for a Train Ticketing Executive to handle train ticket bookings and cancellations through the IRCTC portal.

Responsibilities:

• Book and cancel train tickets through the IRCTC portal.
• Check train availability, timings and fares.
• Enter passenger details accurately.
• Handle booking-related emails and queries.
• Maintain booking records and coordinate with the team.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of email handling and MS Excel.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in IRCTC train ticket booking will be preferred.
• Freshers with good computer knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
