Trainee Account Handler

The role provides support to any member of staff under the direction of the Directors.

Based in Glenfield, Leicester we are specialist sports, leisure and motorsport insurance Broker the role requires:

• Responsibility for carrying out the timely completion of administration tasks and contributes to providing a comprehensive insurance service.
• Conducting a range of both general office work and more specific administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office to a high standard including:
• Taking and making customer and insurer calls
• Responding to correspondence in a timely manner
• Responsibility for processing documents and recording relevant details using the in house IT systems.
• Preparation of new business and renewal reports for Account Executive's
• Updating and maintaining client records.
• Be aware of and work within the industry and company compliance guidelines including Treating Customers Fairly.
• Attendance at some motorsport & sporting events at weekends will be required
• An interest in sport and motorsport would be preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £19,747.00-£23,132.00 per year
