Trainee Accountant- Field

Manage Daily Transactions and Bookkeeping

• Record and document all local financial transactions.
• Process local accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts on-site.
• Track project-specific expenses and manage local payroll.
• Collect payment from vendors and record it.

Ensure Compliance and Local Reporting

• Comply with regional and national financial legal requirements.
• Prepare periodic financial statements and budget reports for headquarters.
• Audit local financial documents and verify source papers.
• Keep all financial information and records secure and confidential.

Support Audits and Process Improvement

• Assist internal and external auditors with on-site documentation.
• Train local administrative and finance staff on accounting policies.
• Recommend improvements for local accounting procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
