Trainee Accounts Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our team here at AWH Accountants. Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a similiar office-based role, but this is not a requirement as full training will be given. The role will include but is not limited to as follows:

• Answering the phone to clients & putting the calls through to the appropriate individual.
• Reconciliations of bank transactions.
• Scanning documents and coding to our accounting softwares.
• Assisting in our client on-boarding process.
• Liaising with clients and chasing for missing information.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent comminication and numeracy skills, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.
