The Opportunity

The Junior Administrative Officer provides entry-level administrative and reception support to the Oral and Primary Health Care Program while developing practical skills and knowledge in health administration. Working under the direction and supervision of the Practice Manager, the role supports a welcoming, culturally safe and efficient service for clients, visitors and the health care team. The position is intended to provide structured on-the-job learning and development while progressively building capability across clinic administration functions.

Full training will be provided, however experience with the following would be advantageous:

Must haves:

·       Current Blue Card Holder or Willingness to apply for Blue Card

·       Current Drivers Licence

·       Current COVID-19 and Hepatitis B vaccination status
