The Role:
Looking to begin a brand new career? Graduated and not sure what to do next? With no prior experience required, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a new career, where you will learn about our industry and asbestos in detail.

As a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-month training programme based at our Manchester Head Office. Training is delivered both in-house and on client sites, giving you the practical experience and theoretical knowledge required to achieve your BOHS P402 qualification.

Once qualified, you'll carry out asbestos surveys on a wide range of properties, from residential homes to commercial and industrial buildings—always adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist with and learn to conduct asbestos surveys on domestic properties.
• Use a tablet to accurately record site data and findings.
• Learn how to check and approve reports, making amendments where necessary.
• Understand and apply legislation related to asbestos surveying.
• Progress from domestic to commercial and industrial surveying as your skills develop.
• Work closely with supervisors, clients, and members of the public in professional environments.
• Travel to various client sites across the Northwest—and occasionally beyond.
• Participate in weekend rotas and work away from home when required.
• Follow company policies regarding vehicle use and maintenance.
