Trainee Assistant Manager

We are looking for a proactive, motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Trainee Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop their management skills and play a key role in supporting and growing important areas of our business.

Our working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Fridays 8am - 4pm.

(No weekends or bank holidays)

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry of orders, invoices and credit notes.
• Serving trade counter customers.
• Liaising via email and telephone with staff members, customers and suppliers.
• Updating various vital databases.
• To oversee the daily internal operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• High levels of accuracy essential.
• Data entry and administrative experience would be an advantage.
• Experienced user of Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A high level of organisational & planning skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
