Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers with legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts and case documents.
- Prepare legal opinions and support due diligence for transactions.
- Manage case filings, organize client files, and monitor regulatory developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) with strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to interpret regulations and case precedents effectively.
- Highly collaborative, driven by integrity, and committed to excellence.
