As part of the role, you'll complete the Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology through a formal Traineeship, combining on-the-job experience with structured training. The full pathway from commencement to qualified AV Technician is expected to take approximately 18–24 months.
You'll need to be keen to learn, comfortable working in a team, and ready to pitch in wherever needed. Good communication skills and a positive attitude go a long way here.

- Supporting the delivery of AV projects on-site, including new builds and retrofits
- Learning the basics of AV system design, installation, testing and commissioning
- Completing your Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology as part of a formal Traineeship
- Attending training and development sessions as part of our structured Traineeship Program
- Assisting with cable runs, equipment installation, and basic setup under supervision
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and customers
- Following safety, quality and company standards on every job
What We're Looking For

- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong listening and communication skills

- Willingness to do physical tasks (cabling, lifting equipment, etc.)
- Ability to work paid overtime if required
