Partnier

No Ruby experience needed. We hire strong backend developers and train them in Ruby on Rails, with two senior Ruby developers mentoring you.
About us We're a popular game marketing platform that helps game studios and publishers reach players, influencers and press. We're a team of 50+ with a significant in-house development team, and we're growing it.
The role Join our backend team on a large, established Ruby on Rails platform. You'll learn Ruby on the job, working in the real codebase from week one. Two senior Ruby developers will mentor you and review your work.
You'll learn by building: using AI coding tools to write code, then reading, testing and understanding what they produce so you can explain it and stand behind it.
What you'll do
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain backend features, APIs and data models in Rails</li>
<li>Use AI assistants to move fast, and review everything critically</li>
<li>Learn from an established codebase through code reviews and pairing</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for
<ul>
<li>A recent graduate (in the last 1-2 years) with an outstanding academic record: top of your class, cum laude or equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field</li>
<li>Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, ideally Node.js, and comfortable with backend work (APIs, databases, frameworks)</li>
<li>Experience in more than one language</li>
<li>Proof of your work: personal projects, open source or recent work we can look at (GitHub or live links)</li>
<li>Excitement about AI-assisted development</li>
<li>A self-starter who learns fast and asks good questions</li>
<li>Excellent English, as you'll be on calls with the team</li>
</ul>
Ruby or Rails experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Why join us
<ul>
<li>Hands-on mentoring from two senior Ruby developers</li>
<li>A chance to learn Rails, a long-term, marketable skill</li>
<li>Work in the games industry</li>
<li>HMO health coverage</li>
<li>Stock option plan</li>
<li>28 days holiday equivalent</li>
</ul>
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Benefits:
<ul>
<li>Employee stock ownership plan</li>
<li>Health insurance</li>
<li>Opportunities for promotion</li>
<li>Paid training</li>
<li>Pay raise</li>
<li>Work from home</li>
</ul>
Application Question(s):
