Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with weighing, measuring, mixing and preparing ingredients.
- Assist bakers with daily production and baking.
- Prepare dough, fillings and other components according to recipes and instructions.
- Operate basic bakery equipment after receiving proper training.
- Portion, shape, arrange and pack finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with stock preparation and proper storage of ingredients.
- Carry out other production duties assigned by the supervisor.
