We are currently seeking two full-time trainees to join our Little Leo's teams:

• 1 x Denistone East location
• 1 x Killara location

The Role

As a Certificate III Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced educators while studying towards your qualification. You'll gain hands-on experience across all age groups, supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, care practices and learning experiences.
• Assist in creating safe, engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support educators to deliver play-based educational programs.
• Follow all health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Complete your Certificate III while working full-time across all age groups.
• Receive mentoring, guidance and dedicated paid study time throughout your traineeship.

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work full-time between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
• A valid NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Completion of GECCKO Child Safety Training, or willingness to complete the required training prior to commencement.
• A positive, caring attitude and genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop a career in Early Childhood Education.
