About the Role

Coach driving is one of the most varied and rewarding driving careers available. No two days are the same.

You could be transporting holidaymakers to a UK resort one day, taking a school group on an educational trip the next or helping customers travel to special events and attractions across the country.

As a professional coach driver, you will:

• Safely transport passengers to destinations across the UK
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Represent Johnsons professionally and positively
• Ensure passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable and enjoyable journey
• Build confidence driving a variety of routes and operating different types of coaches

Our Training Programme

We have successfully trained many drivers who have gone on to enjoy successful careers with Johnsons and across the wider transport industry.

The training process includes:

· Theory and hazard perception tests

· Practical PCV driver training

· Ongoing mentoring and development once qualified

Following your PCV test, you will continue to receive support and guidance from our Training Team as you build your experience and confidence as a newly qualified coach driver.

Your first year will be an exciting learning journey and we'll be with you every step of the way.

· Enjoy driving and meeting new people

· Hold a full UK driving licence
