Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliances.
- Support preparation of Board meeting notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers and secretarial records.
- Assist in corporate law and regulatory compliance activities.
- Conduct basic legal and regulatory research.
- Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related documentation.
Eligibility & Skills
- Pursuing CS Professional from ICSI.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Companies Act and corporate laws.
- Good communication, drafting and MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
