Duties

• Support dentists and dental hygienists during patient treatments by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment
• Assist with patient care by welcoming patients, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort throughout visits
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate patient records using IT systems
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to ensure seamless clinic operations
• Follow infection control protocols diligently to safeguard patient and staff health
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Genuine interest in healthcare and patient care, with a proactive attitude towards learning
• Good command of English for clear communication with patients and team members
• Basic IT skills for managing digital records and appointment systems
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients of all ages
• Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and responsibility
• Prior experience in nursing or healthcare is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
