• Provide excellent patient care by offering reassurance, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
• Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment by following infection control protocols diligently
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records using IT systems, and managing patient correspondence
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure smooth clinic operations and a welcoming atmosphere
• Organize clinical supplies and equipment to ensure readiness for daily procedures
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of patient care and clinic hygiene

Experience

• A strong interest in healthcare or nursing, with a desire to pursue a career in dental nursing or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients of all ages
• Basic IT skills for managing patient records and appointment scheduling efficiently
