Trainee E-Commerce

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as E-Commerce Assistants. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, and digital business management.

No prior professional experience is required. However, a basic understanding of e-commerce and a willingness to learn are highly desirable.

The role includes a two-month training period, during which candidates will receive hands-on guidance and develop essential industry skills. Upon successful completion of training and a satisfactory performance evaluation, candidates will be considered for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor inventory levels and support timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving basic customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing basic reports.
• Support website and marketplace operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn and apply basic SEO techniques to improve product visibility and search rankings.
• Work closely with the team to improve operational efficiency and marketplace performance.
• Stay informed about e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
• Must be available to work evening hours, from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Salary and Benefits
