As a Trainee Educator at Seeds Early Learning Centre Ballina, you'll help create a kind and mindful environment for children. From meals to outdoor play, your creativity and care will shine. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated educators, providing engaging learning experiences for children. Safety is a priority, as is tidying and cleaning.

Key responsibilities

• Help create a kind and mindful environment for children
• Provide engaging learning experiences for children
• Support children during meals and outdoor play
• Maintain safety standards
• Assist with tidying and cleaning
• Support social and emotional development of children
• Build warm connections and relationships with children

About you

• No prior childcare experience required
• A heart full of enthusiasm and love for children
• A friendly demeanour and unwavering reliability
• A knack for creativity and infusing fun into learning
