What is EduRISE?

The program aims to:

• Develop a future-ready talent pipeline to support business growth
• Build Singapore-based capabilities and culture across regional operations
• Equip talents for expanded roles in their home country or other countries after completing the program
• Provide structured career progression for high-potential individuals toward mid- and senior-management roles
• Support leadership development with a long-term focus on succession planning

We’re Hiring New Graduates!

We are looking for new graduates in Thailand to join YCH through a structured international development program.

Program Structure:

🇹🇭 Step 1: Minimum 6 months in Thailand
Gain experience and develop your skills in your home country.

🇸🇬 Step 2: 9-month On-the-Job Training at YCH Singapore HQ
Develop your professional and leadership capabilities through hands-on experience.

Choose Your Career Pathway

Participants will develop skills in one of three pathways:

1. Business Operations
2. Business Development
3. Operations Excellence

After the 9-Month Singapore Training

Upon successful completion of the program:

• Employment with YCH Thailand
• Opportunity to become a Team Supervisor upon completion of the program
• Potential career opportunities in Thailand, Singapore, or other countries within YCH Group

Job Requirements

We are looking for:

• New graduates in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related fields
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of English, including speaking, listening, and writing
• Motivated individuals with strong potential and an interest in developing an international career
