Trainee - Engineer

• Assist various departments in daily operations.
• Support project documentation and reporting.
• Attend site inspections and coordination meetings.
• Learn project planning, procurement, QA/QC, and execution processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Perform assigned tasks under senior team guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or MBA (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are eligible.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience demonstrating the practical application of engineering or business principles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong academic record and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
