WHAT YOU’LL DO

• This field based position works alongside our Industrial Door Engineers.
• You will play a crucial role in providing our customers an excellent service.
• Train how to install, maintain & service a range of industrial doors/barriers.
• Cover a field-based area in one of our Regions.
• Represent a company known for innovation and quality since 1986.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Highly motivated with excellent customer service skills.
• Ideally have experience in the industrial door industry or in field-based service delivery.
• Essential to have a full UK clean driving licence and be willing to drive regularly.
• A willingness to learn and develop into a Lead Engineer role.
• Able to travel and take part in call out rota.
• Basic computer literacy skills to access emails and complete online job sheets.
• A flexible approach and ability to assist in any tasks assigned by the business.
