• Learn general industrial safety as well as specific plant/system safety procedures.
• Comply with health, safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Learn the plant flow chart and functionality of equipment and systems.
• Learn the P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) of hydraulic, pneumatic, and plant utility systems.
• Learn different mechanical tools and their proper application during maintenance activities.
• Learn different maintenance methodologies, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Participate in routine maintenance activities, including equipment inspection and lubrication.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance technical competency and professional skills.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years
• Education: bachelor of science in mechanical engineering
• Skills: knowledge of maintenance procedures, knowledge of industrial automation, mechanical maintenance, industrial safety, plant maintenance, maintenance engineering, safety training programs, safety & compliance engineering, industrial engineering, equipment maintenance
