There’s something exciting about helping someone find the right home, securing a new instruction or seeing a property go from first viewing to agreed sale.

We’re looking for a Trainee Estate Agent who wants to learn the property industry from the ground up. You’ll join a busy team, meet buyers and sellers, learn how properties are marketed and develop the confidence to manage enquiries and negotiate effectively.

It’s a great starting point for someone who is ambitious, personable and enjoys working towards results.

Learning the Property Business

With training and support, you’ll get involved in:

• Speaking with prospective buyers and sellers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Following up enquiries and building relationships
• Matching buyers with suitable properties
• Learning how to generate new business opportunities
• Supporting property listings and marketing
• Keeping clients updated throughout the process
• Developing negotiation and sales skills
• Working towards individual and branch targets
