We’re looking for a Trainee Estate Agent to join a growing team in Glasgow. This is an entry-level opportunity to learn the commercial side of property, develop your sales and negotiation skills, and gain the experience needed to progress within the industry.

You don’t need previous estate agency experience. With full training, ongoing coaching and hands-on development, you’ll learn the role from the ground up while working towards greater responsibility in sales and management.

The Role

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll learn how to build relationships, understand what clients are looking for and confidently guide conversations from initial enquiry through to the next stage.

Your role will include:

• Speaking with prospective clients and understanding their requirements
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Handling enquiries and following up with potential customers
• Presenting property information clearly and professionally
• Developing your sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Working towards individual and team targets
• Maintaining accurate customer and property information
• Learning how a successful property sales operation is managed

As your experience grows, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop your commercial, leadership and management skills.
