Salary: £27,000 OTE - commission uncapped!

Hours: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm

Job Summary Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. As a Customer advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
• Showcasing excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers
• Processing customers online applications and converting to appointments/leads for local branches
• Assist in the sales process by promoting products / services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers
