Want to get into events but don’t have the experience yet?

We’re looking for a Trainee Event Assistant to join our Birmingham team. You’ll gain hands on experience supporting events, working with customers and learning what goes into creating an engaging experience from start to finish. If you’re organised, confident with people and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to get you started.

What will you be doing?
You’ll help prepare for events, welcome and engage with guests, support promotional activity and work alongside the team throughout the day. It’s a hands on role where you’ll be meeting people, solving problems and getting involved.

You’ll build skills in:

• Event set up and coordination
• Customer and guest engagement
• Brand and promotional activity
• Communication and organisation

• Creating a positive customer experience
