Trainee Event Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Event Manager to join our Liverpool team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll interact with guests, support event activities and help deliver positive experiences from start to finish.

No previous event management experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

• Supporting the planning and delivery of events
• Welcoming and engaging with guests professionally
• Assisting with event set-up, coordination and on-the-day activities
• Communicating with customers, guests and team members
• Supporting event promotions and engagement activities
• Helping resolve questions and issues during events
• Coordinating with colleagues to keep activities running smoothly
• Gathering customer feedback and supporting post-event follow-up
• Developing your organisation, communication and leadership skills
