We're looking for a motivated Trainee Events Assistant to join our Birmingham team and support the planning and delivery of customer-focused promotional events.

This role combines event coordination, customer engagement and sales support, giving you the opportunity to understand both the operational and commercial sides of events. You'll be involved in preparing campaigns, supporting daily activities and helping create positive customer experiences.

As an entry-level team member, you'll receive practical training and guidance while developing the skills needed to take on more responsibility.

• Assist with preparing event materials and organising campaign activities
• Support the setup and delivery of promotional events
• Welcome customers and introduce relevant products and services

Training & Career Development
