About the role
Trainee Field Staff position involving supervision and monitoring of worker performance and daily work activities in plantation operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the performance and daily work of the workers
- Verify the daily work plans, log books, and pocket check rolls
- Ensure harvesters meet daily bunches targets
- Conduct attendance muster calls
- Update daily work reports and analyze monthly/quarterly progress
- Coordinate FFB transportation and vehicle logistics
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or related field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and plantation operations
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the oil palm industry
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
