If YES, we want to hear from you! Trainee Driver Academy (TDA) This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV ' HGV Driver.

What You'll Be Doing

• Training Phase: Begin by driving a 3.5T vehicle and studying for your theory test.
• Gaining Experience: Once qualified, you’ll drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle for up to 8 weeks.
• Final Assessment: After gaining experience, you'll be assessed and, upon successful completion, will be certified as a Reynolds qualified Class 2 Driver.

Salary Progression

• Basic salary of £31,724 during training.
• £43,363 after completing the 7.5T training and becoming a qualified Class 2 Driver.
