Trainee ( HR )

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the TA & Ops team for joining details, offer release updates, and maintaining the tracker.

• Collect and compile joining documents for new hires at the Head Office (HO) and coordinate with Regional HRs for the same at various centres.

• Manage issuance of Joining Kits, ID cards, and uniforms; coordinate with logistics for dispatch to centres.

• Update employee information and documents in HRMS and maintain accurate employee records and files.

• Support induction activities by scheduling sessions, arranging facilities, and ensuring proper documentation.

• Provide employee data for EPF/ESIC registration and coordinate for employee code creation with Compensation & Benefits.

• Maintain trackers for warnings, incident reports, separations, and exit clearance documents in coordination with HRBPs.

• Ensure employee files are audit-ready and all documentation is compliant.

• Submit daily task updates and trackers to HRBP.

• Perform any additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG/MBA/PGDM

• 0 3 years of experience
