Trainee in Back Office Exchange

Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Processing of domestic and international payments; settlement of cash collections, Visa cards, ALM transactions and MARK transactions on customer accounts
• Collaborating closely with Middle Office and other Departments to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules

Required Profile required We expect from the candidates:

• Student status for the whole internship (ideally studies related to finance)
• Minimum availability of 25 hours per week
• Knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills will be an advantage
• Very good organization of work: attention to details, meeting deadlines, commitment and conscientiousness
• Very good knowledge of spoken & written Polish and English
• Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently
