Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trainee Internal Auditor to conduct branch-level surveillance audits, verify store transactions, identify discrepancies, and submit detailed audit reports to the Senior Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveillance audits at allocated branches.
• Verify store discounts and ensure proper authorization.
• Check client outstanding balances and identify discrepancies.
• Verify delivery charges and billing accuracy.
• Audit excess stock purchases and identify irregularities.
• Verify stock shortages and related billing discrepancies.
• Identify financial irregularities, process deviations, and compliance issues.
• Prepare and submit audit reports with supporting evidence to the Senior Auditor.
• Coordinate with branch teams for audit verification and clarification.
• Travel to allocated branches as required.

Requirements

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA Finance or a related qualification preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, inventory, and Excel.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
