Trainee IT Support & Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support network, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, LAN, and basic server-related activities.
• Assist with domain, hosting, corporate email, user accounts, and access administration.
• Support software installation, licensing, system updates, antivirus, and data backup activities.
• Provide technical support for employee onboarding and office IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internet, telecom, hosting, and other IT service providers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, vendor records, and access information.
• Assist with regular IT infrastructure health checks and report maintenance, repair, or replacement requirements.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
