TRAINEE KITCHEN MANAGER

@FOODS INN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainee Kitchen Manager to oversee one of our largest operations.

YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end kitchen operations for a high-volume, multi-section kitchen, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee complete kitchen operations including production, quality, hygiene & food safety.

• Manage and lead a large management team across different food sections.

• Ensure operational excellence, consistency, and SOP compliance.

• Drive innovation with a strong focus on Fusion Menu.

• Control food cost, wastage, inventory and manpower planning.

• Train, mentor and develop the kitchen management team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Fusion Menu Experience is a MUST.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same capacity or above

• Proven experience of handling large-scale operations and managing a large number of management teams.

• Experience in dealing with different food sections (BBQ, Continental, Pakistani, Fast Food, Fusion etc.)

• Excellent grip on Operation Excellence, SOPs, and Kitchen Management Systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
