Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Investigate case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents using databases like Westlaw or physical law libraries.
- Drafting Documents: Assist in preparing contracts, legal memos, briefs, motions, and correspondence in English / Hindi Both.
- Case and File Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital case files, track deadlines, and handle document filing.
- Court and Meeting Attendance: Observe court hearings, trials, or depositions, and take notes during client or stakeholder meetings.
- Compliance Support: Help track regulatory changes and support internal corporate or administrative compliance tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Current enrollment in a law degree program (LL.B., B.A. LL.B., J.D.) or recent law graduate.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical Abilities: Proficiency in legal research tools, standard office software, and digital record keeping.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
