Trainee Manager

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Manager.

The Role

As a Trainee Manager, you'll learn different areas of the business while working alongside experienced team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting day-to-day business activities
• Working directly with customers and clients
• Developing strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Supporting sales and customer acquisition activities
• Working towards individual and team goals
• Learning how teams are organised and managed
• Supporting and training new team members as you develop
• Building your understanding of leadership and business operations

Training & Development

Full training is provided from the beginning of the role.
