What they need
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Management Trainee to join our growing organisation.
This structured development opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a career in business, team leadership and campaign management. You will gain experience across core areas of the company while receiving practical training, regular coaching and increasing responsibility.
You will not be expected to manage a team immediately. Instead, you will first learn how the business operates, develop a strong understanding of our clients and campaigns, and demonstrate the skills required to progress.
The Opportunity
We represent clients across a variety of sectors, delivering campaigns focused on customer acquisition, brand growth and commercial performance.
As a Management Trainee, you will learn how different areas of the business work together. Your development will cover:
- Campaign planning and delivery
- Client and brand representation
- Customer acquisition and relationship management
- Performance monitoring and reporting
- Team communication and coordination
- Coaching and people development
- Commercial decision-making
- Leadership and operational management
As your knowledge and performance develop, you will begin supporting team briefings, coordinating activity and taking ownership of defined projects.
Key Responsibilities
Your initial responsibilities will include:
- Learning company processes, client requirements and campaign objectives
- Supporting the delivery of daily campaign activity
- Monitoring individual and team performance against agreed goals
- Preparing updates and sharing relevant information with the team
- Helping maintain consistent professional standards
- Identifying challenges and contributing practical solutions
- Participating in training, coaching and performance reviews
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Supporting new team members as your experience grows
- Taking on additional responsibilities in line with your development
What We Are Looking For
Previous management experience is not required. We are more interested in your potential, professionalism and willingness to learn.
You may be well suited to this role if you:
- Have a genuine interest in business and leadership
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are organised, dependable and accountable
- Take initiative and follow tasks through to completion
- Work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Respond positively to feedback and coaching
- Enjoy working towards measurable goals
- Can motivate yourself and contribute to a team
- Approach challenges with maturity and resilience
- Want to build a long-term career with progression opportunities
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, events or team-based environments may be beneficial but is not essential.
Training and Career Development
You will follow a structured development programme combining practical experience with ongoing coaching.
Your progression may include:
- Learning the business, clients and campaign processes
- Taking ownership of individual objectives and responsibilities
- Supporting campaign coordination and team performance
- Developing coaching and leadership capabilities
- Progressing towards a supervisory or management position
Progression is based on demonstrated performance, professional development and available business opportunities. Completion of training does not guarantee promotion within a fixed timeframe.
What We Offer
- A base salary with a performance-based bonus structure
- Full-time, Monday-to-Friday working hours
- Structured management and leadership training
- Regular one-to-one coaching and performance reviews
- Practical experience across multiple business functions
- Increasing responsibility as your capabilities develop
- Opportunities to work with clients across different sectors
- Clear and performance-led progression pathways
- Team development days and social activities
- A professional, supportive and ambitious working culture
