Trainee Manager

We’re growing our Liverpool team and looking for a dynamic Management Trainee who brings strong communication skills, ambition, and a hands-on approach to driving face-to-face sales engagement. You’ll lead on-site customer acquisition efforts across live pop-ups, promotional venues, and high-footfall locations throughout the city while learning the core operations of team management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing interactive promotional setups and customer acquisition stands across Liverpool
• Participating in daily on-site briefings, target setting, pitch workshops, and team huddles
• Engaging directly with prospective buyers to deliver persuasive brand presentations and close sales
• Tracking daily performance benchmarks, evaluating conversion rates, and optimizing pitch strategies
• Learning operations management, campaign strategy, inventory logistics, and client reporting
• Mentoring newer team members to improve objection handling, presentation techniques, and closing skills
• Collaborating with account partners to hit weekly and monthly commercial targets

The Person We’re Looking For

• Confident, persuasive communicator who excels in direct engagement and rapport building
• Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based goals and rapid career progression
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced commercial environments
• Available to work full-time on-site across Liverpool locations

Experience in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, or customer service is welcome, but not essential. We provide comprehensive paid management training—you just need to bring drive and leadership potential.
