Trainee Manager

Are you the person who naturally takes charge when things get busy, keeps everyone moving and is always ready for the next challenge?

We’re looking for a Trainee Manager to join our growing Leeds team and turn that drive into practical leadership experience. You’ll learn the business from the ground up, receive regular coaching and gradually take responsibility for campaigns, performance and team development.

First, You’ll Learn the Business

• Understand each client campaign, offer and objective
• Develop practical sales and customer service skills
• Learn how daily targets are set, tracked and achieved
• Support customers and communicate campaign information clearly
• Keep campaign activity and customer information accurate
• Work alongside experienced managers and campaign leaders
• Build consistent performance across different campaigns

Then, You’ll Learn to Lead

• Support daily team briefings and campaign preparation
• Help new team members settle in and learn the role
• Provide encouragement and practical feedback
• Monitor activity and help the team stay focused on its goals
• Maintain professional standards across each campaign
• Assist with planning, team coordination and performance updates
• Take on greater responsibility as your ability develops

Position Details

• Location: Leeds
• Contract: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Additional hours: Optional Saturdays
• Start date: Immediate

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
