Trainee Manager

Looking for an opportunity where you can learn how a business operates, develop leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility?

We’re expanding our London team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Trainee Managers.

This is a practical, hands-on position where you’ll learn by working directly with customers, campaigns and teams. You’ll gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop the commercial and people-management skills needed to progress into a leadership position.

No previous management experience is required. We’re looking for potential, ambition and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Learn

Your training will cover several areas of the business, including:

• Customer acquisition and sales
• Building strong customer relationships
• Brand representation and campaign delivery
• Understanding targets and commercial performance
• Business development
• Coaching and supporting team members
