About the role

Branch management role involving co-management of sales policies to align with company objectives, customer needs assessment, and handling customer complaints for initial resolution and escalation to relevant departments. Includes stock inventory checks and raw material usage control to ensure adequate supply for sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Co-manage sales policies to align with company objectives
• Check customer requirements and receive customer complaints for initial problem resolution
• Escalate complaints to relevant departments as needed
• Conduct stock inventory checks and control raw material usage in the branch
• Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to staff on sales techniques and customer management practices
• Create work schedules and prepare documentation for human resources in compliance with company standards and labour law
• Develop and implement staff training plans and monitor results to strengthen capabilities and address areas for improvement
• Prepare performance evaluations and discuss career advancement opportunities and work improvements with the branch manager
• Ensure staff compliance with company regulations and provide support and guidance to create a positive work environment
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
