Responsibilities as a Trainee Manager

• Learn how our campaigns operate and the standards expected by the company and our clients
• Develop customer acquisition skills and commercial awareness
• Understand KPIs, meet your targets and take ownership of your performance
• Show consistency, accountability and professionalism in your day-to-day work
• Support newer team members, then help with training and give constructive feedback
• Motivate a small team and monitor performance
• Identify problems early and resolve them
• Gain exposure to campaign management, planning and performance analysis

Progression in this role is based on performance, capability and development rather than a fixed timeline.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous management experience is not required. We are looking for people with:
