We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Marketing Executive to join our growing team in London. This is a customer-facing role where you'll gain practical marketing experience through direct customer interaction, promotional activity, brand representation, and campaign support.

No previous marketing experience is required. You'll receive full training, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop the skills needed to progress into Marketing Executive, Campaign Coordinator, Brand Executive, and Marketing Manager positions.

Your Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers as part of daily marketing activities.
• Represent brands and campaigns professionally in customer-facing environments.
• Support promotional and marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and communicate products or services clearly.
• Assist with events, promotional activities, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the marketing team.
• Support market research and identify customer and competitor trends.
• Help track campaign activity and customer engagement.
• Work with marketing and customer-facing teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and confidence develop.

No previous marketing experience is required. Experience in marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
