Trainee Negotiator

Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | On-site

We are looking for a motivated and confident Trainee Negotiator to join our property team.

No previous property or estate agency experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in property, estate agency, sales or customer service.

Experience in retail, hospitality, recruitment, customer service or sales is welcome, but we are primarily looking for the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

The Role

As a Trainee Negotiator, you will work with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants while developing your knowledge of the property market and estate agency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Managing enquiries and following up leads
• Maintaining property listings and customer records
• Understanding client requirements and matching them with suitable properties
• Supporting offers and negotiations
• Building strong customer relationships
• Working towards individual and team targets

• Resilient and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Previous sales, property or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required
