• Coordinate training schedules, participants, venues and logistical arrangements across different SBUs.
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing training sessions, workshops and other learning activities.
• Prepare and maintain training documentation, including attendance sheets, feedback forms, certificates and training reports.
• Support the Training Manager in developing PowerPoint presentations, training materials and other learning resources.
• Facilitate participant communication, training reminders and post-training follow-ups.
• Maintain and regularly update training records, calendars, databases and documentation.
• Support the implementation of training programs, employee engagement activities and other Learning & Development initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of training plans and fulfilment of learning requirements.
