About the role

We're hiring a Trainee Operations Manager to learn how a marketing business is run, from the commercial side through to the operational side. You'll begin on customer acquisition and campaign performance, and as you build experience, your role will grow to include people management, recruitment and day-to-day operations. Training is hands-on, with one-to-one mentoring throughout.

Starting responsibilities

* Support customer acquisition activity, including managing customer relationships and communication

* Assist with client campaign delivery and track campaign performance

* Take part in commercial decision-making and day-to-day teamwork

As you progress, this will grow to include

* Coaching and developing new team members

* Recruitment and onboarding

* Team leadership and performance management

* Operational planning and business development

What we're looking for

* Ambitious and motivated by career progression

* Organised and comfortable taking on responsibility

* Resilient, results-focused and open to feedback

* Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is a plus but not essential

Pay and rewards
