Trainee Operator

Roles and Responsibility

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct experiments and tests to ensure product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
• Develop and implement new operating procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report any issues or defects found during testing.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and experiment data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
