Job Description

Frontline employee of Production Plant.
To work as an integral part of the production team.
To operate the process as per written down instruction in Batch Process Control Sheet.
To follow assist shift supervisor/in charge for achieving production target.
To follow Safety, Health Ecology regulations.
Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
Strict adherence of Batch Process Control Sheet.
To take utmost care while charging of raw material for process.
To take exact readings of temperature, pressure, time etc while reaction process and record it in Batch Process Control Sheet.
Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the Batch Reaction Process, Filtration Process, Drying Process, Packing Process Dispatch process.
Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition.
To draw in-process or Semi finished or Finished goods sample and send it to QC lab for testing.
Collection of QC report and report it to plant supervisor/in charge.
To closely work with Engineering team for repair and maintenance activities.
Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.
To take active part in shift EHS briefings.
To help in achieving the production target.
To get work done by workmen.
Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
Check and clean the equipment /indicators when needed or took assistance of engineering department.
To count material inventory and report it to supervisor.
Maintain or help supervisor maintaining all BPCS and QC/QA Test reports as per our standards.
To have knowledge of production department documentation like Department EQHSMS manuals, Emergency Plan, P ID, HAZOP, MOC etc.
Encourage to maintain e records wherever possible to reduce paper.
